Any services purchased through our Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. To use them, you must confirm the booking by providing the reference number to our Reception and Reservations Department by emailing info@magma-cat.com or calling +34 972 84 35 35.
It is essential to present the Gift Voucher together with the ID of the beneficiaries at MAGMA Reception upon arrival.
All vouchers indicate their expiry date, which, as a rule, cannot be extended.
The services selected and listed on the Gift Voucher cannot be changed or modified once payment has been made.
Once the purchase has been completed, the buyer relinquishes all rights in favour of the beneficiary or beneficiaries, who are the legitimate owners.
After the purchase process is completed and payment confirmed, you will receive the Gift Voucher in PDF format at the email address you provided.
If you wish to purchase more than one Gift Voucher, you must complete the purchase process each time.
