Magma Thermal Leisure Center

The lockers work with the bracelet that is given on the arrival at the Centre. You only have to choose one available, approach the bracelet to the lock and close the door. To open it, you have to do the same. If we forget the number of our locker, we can approach the bracelet to one of the different electronic information points that are distributed in the locker rooms and the screen will tell us the number of the locker we have. When leaving, it will be essential to return the bracelet to the reception staff. Its loss or non-return will be penalized with 12 euros.

• The hours of stay are counted from the moment you enter until you leave. Therefore, the time of dressing and shower, both the entrance and the exit, are included. Each customer must be careful not to exceed the time of stay. It should be remembered that in case of exceeding the time it would be necessary to pay a supplement of 3€ for each 15 minutes of excess.
• Access to the Thermoludic Space will be closed two hours before the center’s closing time.
• Please keep quiet and maintain a respectful behaviour with the other customers. Inappropriate attitudes that could hurt the sensibilities of other visitors, especially minors, will not be tolerated.
• It is not allowed to access the facilities with any type of footwear.
• It is totally forbidden to run and jump into the water.
• Access stairs and railings must always be used.
• You have to walk carefully since the floor is wet.
• The minimum age to access Magma alone is 16 years. 
• Children under the age of 16 may only enter under the responsibility and constant supervision of an adult.
• For safety reasons, babies and children up to 2 years old are NOT allowed in areas marked with the word “NO BABIES.” Access to the Mirador area is restricted to children under 5 years old, as is the use of the saunas for children under 14 years old.
• The use of inflatable floats is not permitted. Children aged five and under must wear a flotation device or armbands when they are not in the children’s area. The lifeguards have flotation devices available to lend if needed, which are disinfected before and after every use.
• Magma advises against access to the facilities for pregnant women for medical and safety reasons, as well as for people who have undergone a tracheotomy due to the depth of spas and swimming pools.
• Access to the facilities with any kind of food or drinks from outside is not allowed.
• For reasons of hygiene, access to people with plaster, bandages or external wounds is not allowed.
• Topless is not allowed.
• Smoking is forbidden in all facilities.
• It is forbidden to capture images with cameras and mobile phones in all the Centre’s facilities in order to preserve the image rights, as established in the Organic Law 1/1996 of 15th January, on Legal Protection for Minors, in partial modification of the Civil Code and the Rules of Civil Law Procedure, and in due to compliance with Organic 

Failure to comply with any point of the regulations will result in the immediate cancellation of the rights acquired with the purchase of the ticket. Customers who do not comply with the regulations may be expelled.

Guests who have contracted a massage or beauty treatment should go up to the MAGMA SPA CLUB (first floor) about 5 minutes before the scheduled time and wait for their turn in the waiting room.

If guests are in the thermal leisure area, access to the MAGMA SPA CLUB will be from the changing rooms, leaving through the changing rooms. You can go with a swimsuit and towel.

If guests access from the outside, access will be made directly from the reception of the Magma Centre Lúdic Termal.

To access the buffet restaurant, you must first purchase the ticket at the Magma reception. This ticket allows you to enjoy the catering offer, and includes a drink per person, desserts and the coffees and teas desired.

• Access to the restaurant will be in turns, and you will have to wait to be attended to by the room staff who will accompany you to your table.
• The restaurant does not have a bar service.
• You have to dress properly in the restaurant. It is forbidden to access it in a bathing suit and towel or bathrobe.

ONLINE TICKETS

If it is not possible to attend on the day and time indicated, you must contact the maximum possible forecast by sending an email to info@magma-cat.com in order to specify an alternative date. Under no circumstances will the amount be refunded. Services that cannot be performed due to the delay or absence of the customer will be considered as used, without the right to changes or returns.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers do not accept changes in services or refunds. Once the purchase has been made, the buyer loses all rights in favour of the person or persons benefiting from the Gift Voucher, who are the rightful owners by express indication of the buyer.

All gift vouchers have a double guarantee:

• Flexibility in your reservation: You can change the date whenever necessary up to 48 hours before the day booked.
• Change of holders: If the beneficiary person or persons cannot enjoy it, all they have to do is contact us and tell us who they would like to invite instead (an authorization signed by the initial beneficiaries and a photocopy of the ID will be required).

RESERVATIONS WITH DOWN PAYMENT

When contracting treatments at the SPA CLUB, it will be necessary to pay 50% of the total amount of these as down payment at the time of booking.

The modification or cancellation of the reservation of any treatment must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the service will be taken for granted and in no case will the down payment be returned.

Magma is not a medical centre. You should consult your doctor in case of pregnancy or if you suffer from any health problems, especially in the case of cardiovascular or respiratory diseases. Each customer acts under his responsibility.

It should be remembered that in many places the floor is wet and there is a danger of slipping. Extreme caution must be exercised, especially in the case of children and the elderly.

Magma Centre Lúdic Termal reserves the right to refuse admission.
