It is essential to present the booking confirmation at the Center’s reception to enjoy the contracted services. Required swimwear includes a swimsuit or bikini and a towel. Access to the facilities with any type of footwear is not allowed. Wearing a swim cap is not mandatory.
You must respect the assigned schedule. If you cannot attend on the indicated day and time, please contact the establishment as far in advance as possible by sending an email to info@magma-cat.com to arrange an alternative date. Under no circumstances will refunds be processed. Services that cannot be carried out due to the client’s delay or absence will be considered used. In such cases, no date changes will be processed, nor will the service amount be refunded.
Children under 16 may only access the facilities under the responsibility and constant supervision of an adult.
Children under 2 may only access the children’s area, accompanied at all times by an adult, and cannot access other pools or spas.
Age verification with an ID may be required, especially for children and individuals over 16.
Corresponding proof will be required for customers who have purchased the PROMO rate.
To preserve the right to privacy, capturing images with cameras or mobile phones is prohibited in all Center facilities.
Purchasing services implies full acceptance of the current rules of MAGMA Thermal Leisure Center.
In the case of booking a package with an overnight stay, after completing the reservation successfully, Balneari Termes Orion Hotel commits to guaranteeing the reservation, except if incorrect data is provided.

Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase, which will be specified in the document itself. The expiration date is strictly non-extendable. Gift Vouchers will not be accepted after this date.
To use the services described in the Gift Voucher and to confirm the reservation, you must contact our Reception and Reservations Department by emailing info@magma-cat.com or calling 972 84 35 35, indicating the Gift Voucher reference number. A prior reservation is essential to guarantee the service.
Gift Vouchers are personal and non-transferable. Beneficiaries must present the Gift Voucher at MAGMA’s Reception along with their ID to verify ownership.
Once the Gift Voucher purchase is completed, the buyer forfeits all rights in favor of the beneficiary or beneficiaries, who become the legitimate owners, and under no circumstances may the buyer claim its use.
The services selected and included in the Gift Voucher cannot be changed or modified once payment has been made, nor can their amount be claimed in cash.
Once the purchase process is completed and payment confirmed, you will receive the Gift Voucher in PDF format at the email address provided.
Each purchase procedure results in one Gift Voucher. If you wish to purchase more than one Gift Voucher, you will need to complete multiple purchase procedures.
