Any of the services purchased through our Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. In order to enjoy them, you must confirm the reservation by indicating the reference number to our Reception and Reservations Department by sending an email to info@magma-cat.com or by calling 972 84 35 35.
It is essential to present the Gift Voucher with the ID of the beneficiaries at the MAGMA Reception upon arrival.
All Vouchers have their expiration date indicated, which is by rule non-extendable.
The services chosen and indicated on the Gift Voucher cannot be changed or modified once the corresponding payment has been made.
Once the purchase is made, the buyer loses all rights in favor of the beneficiary person or persons who are the legitimate owners.
Once the entire purchase process has been completed and the payment confirmed, you will receive the Gift Voucher in pdf format at the email address that you have indicated.
In the case of wanting to purchase more than one Gift Voucher, you must carry out the purchase process again.
